Anderlecht will play against Charleroi on Friday. Due to all the injuries, there are lots of changes in the team, but Olivier Deschacht is of great value for Anderlecht and it seems like he will stay there for a long time.

"My dream is to become captain of Anderlecht. I signed a contract till 2008, I think. I don't want to go abroad. I'm very attached to my home."
"My advantage is that I know that I'm not the greatest talent", says the 22 years old defender, who can play both central and left.
"It's the (current) assistant coach Franky Vercauteren who brought me to the level that I'm at. When I was younger than 18, he took me to the reserve team. I was very pleased, but he didn't bring me on the pitch. That made me stronger."
