Negotiations with Seol stuck, Baseggio longer?

The negotiations with Seol for the extention of his contract are stuck. The manager of Seol only wants a contract of one year, whereas Anderlecht wants to give him a long term contract.

Nowadays Anderlecht is also negotiating with Walter Baseggio. The staff would like to extent his contract with three years. It's not sure whether Baseggio will agree, because it's generally known that he would like to go to Italy.
