Vanden Stock: "No personal conflict with De Witte"

Last week, Ghent-chairman De Witte and Anderlecht's Roger Vanden Stock fought out a personal feud in the newspapers. But both presidents are now a lot calmer and open for a dialogue.


They met right before the kick-off of AA Gent-Anderlecht, but what they discussed is still a secret. Vanden Stock's reaction was simple but clear: "No comment", he said. His colleague De Witte explained: "This is not a personal battle, but more like an onetime incident. Right now, we feel closer together again. We'll meet again next week."
