Bayern - RSCA: referee offers victory to Munich

Anderlecht have been eliminated from the Champions League. We can remember one thing from the game vs. Bayern: RSCA were the better team and the referee gave to victory as a present to the German club.

Anderlecht started defensive and survived the early storm of Bayern. Slowly the Mauves gained control over the game until referee Nielsen thought it was necessary to give a penalty to Bayern, when Zewlakow barely touched the 'diving' Pizzaro. Makaay scored the 0-1 on penalty.

In the second half, Anderlecht pushed Bayern back and created several great chances. Aruna, Hendrikx, Mornar, Basegggio and Iachtchouk all missed.
Meanwhile, the referee was happily spreading yellow cards to the Mauves, when the Germans were allowed to gain time, unpunished...
