Anderlecht - Standard: reactions

Mémé Tchité managed to score and was a constant threat for the Standard defense. The fact that he played for Standard last year made this a special game for him. "Scoring against Standard give me a fantastic feeling."


"Now we put the pressure onto Genk. We were highly concentrated for this game, but we are not allowed to make any slips in the next few matches either. This is an important step forward, although we aren't champions yet."

Biglia: "Standard still has a small chance for the title. With six matches to go they can still catch up with us."

Deschacht: "We did our job and grabbed the three points. We were excellent defensively. Standard hardly created a chance. Only at the end the match grew a bit tense because we didn't manage to score a second goal."

Boussoufa: "We played and dominated. Although we should've finished it in the second half."

Juhasz: "The defense is growing every game. We've been playing with the same defense for a while now and we're starting getting adjusted to eachother. We're playing better and better each week which is necessary if we want to grab that title. We need to achieve a high level until the very last game."
