In its search for a box-to-box midfielder, Anderlecht has dropped its eye on Czech midfielder Jan Polak. The 26-year-old midfielder is currently playing for Nürnberg.
Polak has 30 international caps for the Czech national team and has scored six goals. He has a contract with the German club until 2009.
