Wednesday Frutos finally underwent surgery after a minor but annoying heel injury. The timing of the surgery received a lot of criticism. "I have hesitated too long to get operated," admitted the Argentinian.
"I've had trouble with my heel since six months ago. Wednesday I finally opted for surgery. If I postponed it any longer, the injury could've become worse. I didn't want to take that risk."
