Anderlecht Ranked 61st

Anderlecht is the highest ranked Belgian club. The Mauves gained 39 places on the Interntional Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) ranking and is now 61st position


Coincidentally, Sporting is tied with Hapoel Tel-Aviv who it beat 2-0 last week in UEFA Cup. Sevilla regain their top spot in the standings.

The IFFHS ranking is determined not by domestic league standings but club performances in international competition (Champions League, UEFA Cup, Club World Championship, Asian Champions League, Copa Libertadores, etc.)
