Christian Leiva, left on the bench by Vercauteren and currently on loan at Charleroi, is not looking to return to Anderlecht. The Argentinian midfielder has a contract with Sporting until 2009.
With Vercauteren gone, the midfielder's future at Anderlecht might have looked differently, but Leiva has dismissed a possible return. "I'm contracted until 2009 but my intentions have changed. I hope to finish the season at Charleroi and then find a solution with Anderlecht, so that I can leave the club."
