Costa Rican Player Scouted

Besides the two Israeli players mentioned before earlier, Anderlecht is also following Alonso Calderon Solis from Costa Rica. Solis is a 29-year old attacking midfielder from Deportivo Saprissa.

He has been playing with the Costa Rican giants since 2002, participating in their successful 3rd place finish in the 2005 Club World Championships. Alonso Solis has also played with the Costa Rican national team, participating in the 2006 World Cup qualification process but was not selected for the finals.
