Anderlecht players stay home from Gouden Schoen?

According to several newspapers, all Anderlecht-players, except for Marc Hendrikx, will stay home from the gala of the "Gouden Schoen" (= the reward for the best player in the Belgian league).


Yves Vanderhaeghe, Glenn De Boeck and Walter Baseggio only come if the rest of the team is invited too.
Though there are other reasons. Not one Anderlecht-player has a good chance to win.
On top of that, the gala takes place in Brugge. And this is not a the best location possible after the past confrontation between Brugge and Anderlecht (December).
