Kompany moves to Chelsea, RSCA gets replacement

According to Sport/Voetbal-magazine, Vincent Kompany moves to Chelsea. The magazine has English sources.


Kompany would still play for Anderlecht next season. The Mauves would get an amount of money and a new defender of Chelsea. That defender would play next season already for Anderlecht.

In Brussels, they don't know anything about the story. "Selling him now, would be against our transfer strategy. He also would like to stay in Anderlecht", says manager Van Holsbeeck. Also the manager of Vincent Kompany, Lichtenstein, doesn't know anything about a transfer to Chelsea. "He will surely play in Brussels next season."
