Rumours of the departure of Kompany are going around. The media are talking about a deal between Anderlecht and Chelsea in which Vincent Kompany will move to England medio 2005 to replace Desailly.


"I get more and more phone calls about this", said Herman Van Holsbeeck. "But Anderlecht have no intention to sell Kompany. If Real Madrid come tomorrow with the proposal to let Kompany play here for two more years and than pay 30 million euro, then I'm prepared to negotiate."
