
Anderlecht's South Korean striker Seol Ki-hyeon was the most tackled player during the World Cup among all players from the 32 teams, a FIFA statistics group has revealed.
Seol, who set up Korea's round-of-16 victory over Italy by scoring the dramatic equalizer two minutes from full-time, was tackled a total of 79 times in Korea's seven games. This means he was tackled 11.3 times in a game on average.
