Anderlecht lost with 3-4 of Lokeren in the 1/16 final of the Belgian Cup. The Mauves couldn't hold a 3-0 lead, typical for RSCA this season.
After 7 minutes, De Bilde passed to Mornar and scored the 1-0.

Anderlecht kept coming and 5 minutes later the score was doubled by Baseggio, after a center of Crasson who was sent deep by De Bilde.
Lokeren was able to react and Anderlecht scored again: 3-0. Aruna centered and Mornar kicked the ball against the nets. Lokeren seemed dead, but that wasn't exactly true. After 20 minutes, Lokeren took advantage of a loss of attention in the Anderlecht defence. De Boeck had te be replaced with an injury and meanwhile Zoundi dribbeled past Oyen, passed to Rudi who scored the 3-1.
From now on, Lokeren played better and 4 minutes later Kristinsson scored the 3-2 with a magnificent shot from 20m. Before the break, De Wilde did some excellent saves to keep Anderlecht alive on shots of Zoundi.

In the second half, Lokeren equalised when Oyen made a mistake in the defense. Kristinsson passed to Zoundi and he scored the 3-3.
The Mauves got a free kick from in the box, when a Lokeren player passed back to his keeper, who touched the ball with his hands. The free kick was stopped by a Lokeren player, with his hands, but the referee didn't give a penalty.
From then on, both teams had some chances, but the best was for Lokeren and they scored again through Bangoura, who headed the ball past De Wilde.
Anderlecht was eliminated from the Cup...
