Stoica to Monaco?

Alin Stoica is close to a deal with AS Monaco. Also Anderlecht is interested in an immediate transfer, because at the end of this season, Stoica's contract comes to an end and than he can leave for free.

So an immediate transfer would get The Mauves some money. For months, Anderlecht tried to let Stoica sign a new contract, but the Romanian refused it.
AS Monaco want to buy the player right now and they scouted Stoica twice in the games Romania-France and in the game of Anderlecht vs. Mouscron. Monaco is looking for a player who can replace Marcelo Gallardo, because he leaves to Italy.
Stoica himself doesn't want the transfer, because he can go to any team he want at the end of the season.
