Mornar takes rest

Mornar tried to join the group yesterday, but had to stop because of pain in his knee. He takes a few days off. Aruna only trained once. He only did some light runningn due to pain in his back. Iachtchouk is going to the doctor for his anckle.

Tarek Said still isn't back from Mali. He has problems with his visa.
