The first European game for Ariël Jacobs ended in a 1-1 draw. The new Anderlecht coach believes his team should have won. "This group deserved more than just a point," claims Jacobs.

"Tottenham was shaking on its legs at the end. They don't perform very well away and I felt it. In the beginning of the game we receded too much, which went against orders. It took a while before we set that straight. Our second half was good," said Jacobs.

"It's too bad Tottenham scored immediately after our goal. Berbatov, that's pure efficiency in front of the goal. That's the difference between a striker playing in England and one playing in Belgium."
