The UEFA started an examination for the match Anderlecht-Tottenham. The fans were throwing lighters and small plastic pipes in the field. Manager Van Holsbeeck is expecting a small fine.

Anderlecht had to pay 12,500€ after the game against Fenerbahçe for riots, but this time, there were no riots inside the stadium: "I've seen a copy of the report. The UEFA only mentioned minor incidents, like throwing lighters, in which no one got injured. The BBC showed some sort of pipe that was thrown on the field. It was made of plastic and served as a post for a flag, used by the Anderlecht fans. The commission will decide on December 13. We'll probably receive a fine."
