Buffel biding his time at Rangers

Yesterday became known that Anderlecht are interested in Thomas Buffel. The striker is currently contracted with Glasgow Rangers but receives few occassions to play after a long injury.


Earlier, the ex-Feyenoord player received propositions from a number of German clubs but Buffel then chose to stick with the Rangers. If his situation at the Scottish club does not change he might start looking for a change of scenery.

"It's too early to comment on Anderlecht," said Buffel in a reaction. "At the moment everything is still in the hands of the Rangers but time is ticking."
