Boussoufa already close to Anderlecht?

TRANSFERS The transfer of Aleksander Mitrovic has not yet been officially announced, but it won't be long. Newcastle trainer Steve McClaren confirms: "Mitrovic will join Newcastle. And possibly another Anderlecht player as well." We suspect that this "other player" is Chancel Mbemba. 

Mbemba's transfer is not going to be officially finalised before Newcastle's game against Portland Timbers. 

The departure of Mitrovic and Mbemba will allow Anderlecht to do several incoming transfers. The Mauves will earn around 28 million Euro and according to the Belgian media, 4 million will be spent to land Mbark Boussoufa of Lokomotiv Moscow. The Moroccan player would like to return to Anderlecht, but his financial conditions may be a problem. In La Dernière Heure we can read that Boussoufa will soon sign for Anderlecht and that the negotiations are already ongoing. If Boussoufa returns, he'll be one of the best paid players in Belgium.
