Anderlecht beat STVV: 1-0

GAMES Anderlecht won this evening against Sint-Truiden VV. Okaka scored the only goal of the game and that was enough for the victory. RSCA played well, created a lot of chances, but missed most of them, including a penalty.

Anderlecht dominated the entire game and already had a good chance in the first minutes through Gillet. Throughout the first 15 minutes of the match, there were several semi-penalty cases as well, but the referee did not react. This didn't stop Anderlecht from dominating though: Gillet had two more excellent chances, but couldn't score. After half an hour, Okaka opened the score on a centre of Praet: 1-0. 

After the break, the home side had the intention to finish the game, but scoring proves to be difficult this season. Praet, Suarez, Okaka and Gillet all missed. When Angban got a red card, STVV seemed to be knocked-out, but they were dangerous one more time through Edmilson. On the other side, Ezekiel was brought down in the box, but Defour missed the penalty. At the end Suarez and Gillet in front of an open goal missed once more...
