Frutos: "Hasi encouraged us"

INTERVIEWS Nicolas Frutos succesfully accomplished his first important mission as coach of the U21. "This victory is great for the club and for the players", reacted Frutos after the match against Arsenal.

"Anderlecht have a lot of young talents. The only thing I should teach them, is that they have to work hard to become a good football player. I also want to thank Besnik Hasi. He visited us before the match to encourage us. That really gave us a boost", said Frutos.

Frutos hopes his players will finally join the first team but he understand this victory might also have a backside to it. "I love Anderlecht more than anything and I also want to pass on that message to the players. However, that isn't easy when you are surrounded by managers who offer you a lot of money and a great contract."
