Mangala signs at Dortmund

TRANSFERS German website SportBild are reporting that Orel Mangala is making a move to Borussia Dortmund. Anderlecht are said to be receiving one million Euros for the young talent. This transfer would mean Anderlecht are losing one of their biggest talents.
