New hurdle for the Eurostadium

OTHER Anderlecht's potential new home, the Eurostadium, has to deal with a new hurdle. The Flemish government has given a negative advice for the environmental permit. The decision is not final though, since the province of Flemish Brabant has the final say.

Meanwhile, the city of Brussels is threatening to close down parking C, now a large parking but also the location where the new stadium should be build. The city does this in a response on the municipality of Grimbergen that is blocking the construction of the stadium. Closing the parking would send thousands of cars into the streets of the small municipality. To be continued ...
