Anderlecht beat Ostend with the smallest difference

GAMES RSC Anderlecht faced Ostend in today's match and won with 1-0. With the victory, Anderlecht start the seaosn with 4 points out of six. Sofiane Hanni scored the only goal of the match.

Anderlecht started with a lot of good intentions, but the last pass was often not good enough. The result was just one single effort between the posts and a whole lot of corner kicks. Ostend brought about the same as Anderlecht leading to a logical 0-0 at half time.

The Mauves tried to increase the pace after the break forcing goalkeeper Proto to a few saves, mostly on shots from distance. Ostend counter attacked well though: Spajic saved the Belgian champions with a few good last-minute interventions. And also Sels had to stop Jali who had broken through the defense.
