Jestrovic does not understand Broos' comments

Anderlecht-trainer Hugo Broos wasn't happy with the fact that Nenad Jestrovic stayed in Serbia for a friendly game with his national team. Jestrogoal himself reacted surprised on Broos' comments.


"I don't understand", reacted Jestrovic. "All the other players stayed too. With that game, we funded the construction of a church that was destroyed in the war. I wanted to play, because I'm religious. What's wrong with that? I don't understand why the coach reacted in newspapers. He should have said it directly to me."
