Walter Baseggio sat on the bench for 90 minutes against Lierse. The international even saw how coach Hugo Broos brought a new midfielder on the field, Junior, without thinking about him.

The coach was very negative about the Italian-Belgian player. He even said he was lazy. But Baseggio doesn't take it personally. "What do I have to think about? I really don't know. I don't think I played bad the last weeks. You win with eleven players, and you lose with eleven players. I have the feeling now that I'm the only one who gets the blame."

"Yes, I'm disappointed. I really don't get it, but I can't do anything. It's the coach who has to select. I don't want to say much about it. I want to show it on the field."
