OTHER Marc Coucke wants more commercial revenues for Anderlecht and a name change for the stadium is also on the table. Just like Racing Genk, KV Mechelen and KV Oostende, he wants a company to pay to give its name to the Anderlecht stadium.

Racing Genk played after the renovation of his stadium in the Cristal Arena, later this became the Luminus Arena. KV Mechelen plays its home games in the AFAS stadium, which previously carried the names of Veolia and Argos Oil. The Ghelamco Arena is located in Ghent and in Ostend Coucke himself changed the name from Albertpark into Versluys Arena after the company had built a new stand.

The Anderlecht stadium has been named Constant Vanden-Stock stadium since 1983. In that period, the old Emile Versé stadium was completely rebuilt into the stadium we now know.
