OTHER Herman Van Holsbeeck has again received an offer from Antwerp for a position in the management of the club. The former manager of Anderlecht hasn't decided yet. He wants to completely arrange his resignation at Purple-White and that file is on the right track.

Van Holsbeeck had a very clear contract with Anderlecht, which entitles him to a severance payment of around 1.8 million euros. The new chairman Marc Coucke did not want to pay that amount. He was looking for serious mistakes so he didn't have to pay. According to Het Nieuwsblad, he couldn't find them.

Van Holsbeeck has meanwhile started a legal case at CEPANI, the center for mediation and conflict mediation. Because both Van Holsbeeck and Coucke realize that no one benefits from a lawsuit that is dragged on for more than a year, their lawyers are now working on a financial compromise. Het Nieuwsblad learned that these negotiations are on the right track.

Unlike previously reported, former chairman Roger Vanden Stock does not intervene as a mediator.
