Verdict at the latest on 30th June

OTHER Mike Kurth, a Anderlecht supporter and also a lawyer by profession, filed a complaint against Marc Coucke. The Court of First Instance in Brussels dealt with the complaint last Friday but did not came to a verdict yet. The decision follows at the latest on 30 June.


Kurth thinks Coucke still has ties with KV Oostende and the competition would therefore not be fair. "We respect the procedure and wait for the verdict", says Pierre Cornez, spokesman for the Royal Belgian Football Association.
