INTERVIEWS Daniël Spreutels, for 40 years in-house lawyer at RSC Anderlecht, received a call at the beginning of April that purple-white no longer would use his services. Only that phone call was misinterpreted. Spreutels was just replaced in the Executive Committee of the Football Association and thus remains a lawyer of the club.
"So it was a misunderstanding," says Spreutels, "Coucke called me to say that I was replaced in the Executive Committee by Michaël Verschueren, so I thought that my time at the club was over. But I was wrong. Coucke has contacted me again to say that I will remain the house lawyer. "
