OTHER The friendly game between Anderlecht and PSV yesterday was one without supporters and was not announced anywhere before. We of Anderlecht-online received the announcement that this game took place, but were explicitly asked not to communicate this. Chairman Marc Coucke explains why.

Last Monday we received a message in our mailbox that Anderlecht would practice against PSV yesterday at 16:00. "The game will take place behind closed doors and may in no case be announced in the media. Only journalists who register before Friday 12 o'clock may be present," the club said.

After the game, Coucke told via Twitter that this summer no friendly games can be played in their own Constant Vanden Stock stadium because this is a huge construction site. That is why we went to Tubize. "But the municipality of Tubeke allowed us to admit barely thirty, pre-registered, spectators (probably press, ed.) The official RSCA account was not allowed to post via Twitter", according to the chairman.

"Next summer there will be a few friendly games in Anderlecht, that is a promise", Coucke concludes.
