Fourth substitution in sixteenth finals Croky Cup

OTHER Whoever watched the World Cup games in the past month has already noticed it. During the prolongations a fourth substitution could be done. That rule now also comes in the Belgian Cup, from the sixteenth finals and only with prolongations.
