INTERVIEWS Many people already made the move from KV Ostend to RSC Anderlecht. The last in that list is Johan Plancke, he becomes the right hand of Luc Devroe. With this last transition it sounds that purple-white is "emptying" Ostend . "Nothing to worry about", says Devroe, "Plancke was going to stop anyway on July 31".

Johan Plancke was assistant manager of Hugo Broos at Ostend, but after two months he stops at the coastal team and starts working as Devroe's right hand. "For the sake of clarity, I did not take anyone away, after three days Johan sent me messages that he was not feeling well with KVO, but he would stop anyway on July 31. It would be crazy not to attract someone with his experience", says Devroe.

"When I was manager at Club Brugge, I was accused of wanting to do everything alone, so now I get people who assist me in my job and who I can delegate," said Devroe.
