GAMES Anderlecht closed their European campaign without victory. In Zagreb, it played 0-0 against Dinamo in a match without enthusiasm. From now on Anderlecht can focus fully on the competition.

Hein Vanhaezebrouck gave a lot of basic pawns some rest for this match without commitment. Boys like Appiah, Milic, Kayembe and Morioka got a chance. Bakkali and Saief were also allowed to prove themselves after they fell next to the core on Sunday due to a lack of commitment on training. Gerkens returned from injury.

Dinamo Zagreb played with its strongest team, but was clearly elsewhere with his thoughts. We were shown a sleep-inducing spectacle. Dinamo let the ball to Anderlecht (58 percent possession of the ball), but that played too slowly. 0-0 was therefore the only logical result.
