Anderlecht does a capital increase of 4.5 million euros

OTHER The Belgian Official Gazette published yesterday a capital increase at football club Anderlecht. It is an amount of 4.5 million euros. This is much lower than the 30 to 35 million euros that circulated in the media in recent weeks.


The company RSC Anderlecht has added 680 additional shares. These counts for 4,555,000 euros. The capital of the club thus increases from 10 million euros to 14,555,000 euros, can be read in the Official Gazette.
