TRANSFERS Davy Roef has been playing on a rental basis for Waasland-Beveren since last season. It has been known for some time that they want to keep the goalkeeper permanently on the Freethiel and they now made a proposal to him. Roef would, however, doubt the pending investigation against his rental club in the 'Clean Hands' case.
The risk is that the Waaslanders have to relegate throughout the whole pile, although that is not at all certain. As a result, Roef would therefore no longer be in the highest Belgian football division, so now he has his doubts.
The other side of the coin is that he also has no real view of playing minutes at his mother club RSC Anderlecht. Another solution is that another club from 1A comes up with a proposal.
