Official: Bellamy becomes coach U21

YOUTH Craig Bellamy has signed a three-year contract as Anderlecht's U21 coach. The club just announced that. "As a promising coach, he is given the task of preparing the young talents for the A-team," reports youth coordinator Jean Kindermans.


"We are very happy that Craig is transferring to RSC Anderlecht. He has a lot of experience and can teach our youth players a lot both mentally and technically," says Kindermans.

"Craig's appointment proves that we will continue to focus on our youth work," says sporting director Michael Verschueren. "He will work closely with Vincent Kompany, Simon Davies and the youth coaches to facilitate the transition from our "purple talents" to the A-team."
