No more Vanden Stock on the board of directors

OTHER The oldest daughter of Roger Vanden Stock, Claire, was until recently still on the board of RSC Anderlecht, but she is now also being replaced. And so the last Vanden Stock disappears from the board of directors. Her place is taken by Johan Beerlandt, CEO of construction company BESIX.

The reason for this change is the latest capital increase of 30 million euros. Claire Vanden Stock did not participate in the increase, Beerlandt did. The change is therefore the logical consequence.
