European Women's Football Championship postponed to 2022

DAMES RSC Anderlecht player Tine De Caigny has already won two titles with the ladies. She is also a current top scorer with the Red Flames. Normally, the European Championship was scheduled for the Red Flames next year, but that has now been officially postponed to 2022.


A decision that has been in the making for some time after the Men's European Championship has already moved to 2021.

The Women's Football European Championship will now run from July 6 to July 30, 2022, with a final at Wembley Stadium in London.

Anderlecht-players Sarah Wijnants, Laura Deloose, Laura De Neve, Justien Odeurs and Charlotte Tison were among the last selection of the Red Flames.
