Cup: RSCA Women - Club YLA

With the international break coming to an end, Belgium qualified for the European Championships, the RSCA Women turn their attention to the Cup. This weekend they have an important match on the schedule, taking on Club YLA on Saturday, Dec. 7, at 3 p.m. The match will take place at the RSCA Academy and will be conducted by referee Leandro Ledda. In the previous round, Anderlecht managed to qualify by beating Gent 2-0, while Club YLA qualified with a 2-4 win over Zulte Waregem. Read more »

RSCA Women host Westerlo

Saturday, November 23, a new league game is scheduled for Anderlecht's women's team, which will take place at the RSCA Academy. At 6:30 p.m., they will host Westerlo. Farid Goreishvand continues to serve as interim head coach since the departure of Dennis Moerman. Westerlo is currently in fourth place in the overall ranking, eight points after Purple White. After a difficult period, marked by a 2-1 defeat against Club Brugge and a 1-1 draw against Racing Genk, Anderlecht's players have recovered. After their victory in the cup against Gent (2-0) and their big win against Zulte Waregem (7-0), they won their last match against Gent 2-1. During injury time of the first half, the RSCA Women took the lead against Gent thanks to Luna Vanzeir. She immediately raised four fingers to the cameras and photographers, symbolizing the number of goals she had scored in her last two games.

RSCA Women loses points against Standard

In a thrilling match, RSCA Women drew 2-2 against Standard Liege after taking an early 0-1 lead. Standard turned the tables, going up 2-1. However, in the final moments of the game, Anderlecht managed to equalize. RSCA Women will take on Serbian team ŽFK Crvena Zvezda (Red Star) in the preliminary rounds of the Women's Champions League. The match will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 4, in Malta. In case of a victory, the winner of the duel between FK Breznica (MNE) and Birkirkara FC (MLT) awaits.
