TRANSFERS Glasgow Rangers has made a proposal to Anderlecht to take over Kemar Roofe. That writes Het Laatste Nieuws. The newspaper knows that Rangers wanted to rent Roofe with an option to purchase. Anderlecht thanked for the offer.
