Foreign interest for Mukairu

TRANSFERS Paul Mukairu's good performances and statistics at Anderlecht have not gone unnoticed. The Italian website Calciomercato believes it knows that AS Roma and Bayer Leverkusen show interest in the 21-year-old winger.


Edin Dzeko and Carles Perez might leave Roma next summer. Roma would consider Mukairu as a replacement for the latter, who, despite a transfer fee of 11 million euros, did not do much yet. In addition to Roma, several other clubs, including Leverkusen, would show interest, according to Calciomercato.

The website knows that Anderlecht has a purchase option of 2.5 million euros on Mukairu. However, it could immediately resell him next summer for 4.5 to 5 million euros.
