Anderlecht receives 150,000 euros of compensation

OTHER Anderlecht will receive 150,000 from the solidarity fund that was gained by the teams that played in Europe this year. This fund covers (part of) the financial loss because Anderlecht did not get the chance to play for Play-off 1 on the last match day.


Genk will also receive the same amount. Teams that would have played the last game at home will receive an additional sum.

As a reminder: the last match day was canceled last year due to COVID-19.
