TRANSFERS In foreign media, two young players are linked to Anderlecht. Sky Sports speaks of interest in Yan Dhanda, while Catalan Sport claims the Purple & White are showing interest in Barcelona's Konrad de la Fuente.
Dhanda is a 22-year-old attacking midfielder with Indian roots who was mainly a substitute for Swansea in the English second division last season. Still, he collected fourteen places in the starting eleven and thirteen substitutions. He scored once. Dhanda has one more season left on his contract and negotiations for an extension are dragging on, Sky Sports said. He wants to play more and Anderlecht could offer him those opportunities.
In Spain it sounds that Anderlecht is showing more than usual interest in Konrad de la Fuente. This 19-year-old American left winger is a product of FC Barcelona's youth academy. Last season he was eighteen times on the bench in the Primera Division, but that was it. He was allowed to come in twice briefly in the Champions League. Although Marseille in particular is pushing through to get De la Fuente, Nice and Anderlecht would also be interested, according to Sport.
