"We are not mad at Mazzu or Anderlecht"

INTERVIEWS Union introduced their new coach, Karel Geraerts, yesterday. During the press conference, questions inevitably arose about Felice Mazzu and his transfer to RSC Anderlecht. President Alex Muzio was clear: "We are not angry with Mazzu or Anderlecht".


Both clubs are currently still negotiating Mazzu's severance and it is clear that the Union president does not want to make any statements to damage those talks. "We know the laws surrounding soccer and transfers and Felice has not broken any of them. It is his full right to accept a good offer."
