El Khannouss: "Anderlecht didn't show enough that they wanted to keep

OTHER Bilal El Khannouss is the discovery of this season's start at Racing Genk. The 18-year-old number ten moved to Genk from Anderlecht three years ago. "I definitely still had a future at Anderlecht, but purple and white didn't show me enough. Genk did."


"So I chose Genk in 2019. Their project pleased me," El Khannouss told RTBF. "I think Anderlecht regretted that, but it was my choice and they have to respect it."
