Anderlecht inquire about Ajax striker Hansen

TRANSFERS Voetbal International writes tonight that Anderlecht have started knocking on the door of Sontje Hansen's management to sound out about a transfer. Hansen is a 20-year-old striker who currently plays for Jong Ajax. His contract at Ajax is still one year and the Dutch would like to extend it.


The 20-year-old Hansen scored three times each of the past three seasons for Jong Ajax in the Dutch second division. This season the counter stands at two goals in three duels. In December 2019, Hansen was once allowed to substitute for Ajax 1 for eleven minutes, but that was all.

Besides Anderlecht, Frankfurt and Utrecht are also interested, according to Voetbal International.

If the story is true, it seems to us that Anderlecht sees in Hansen rather a reinforcement for the Futures in 1B. Except for the striker duo Stassin and Colassin, Robin Veldman has no real deep striker in his selection.
