TRANSFERS Nice have opened new talks with Anderlecht about a transfer of Francis Amuzu. The southern French club will see two wingers leave in the short term. According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, this makes them want to push for Amuzu again.

Calvin Stengs leaves (on loan) for Antwerp and Alexis Claude-Maurice for Lens. Reinforcements are welcome and so Nice are again thinking about Amuzu. With Amuzu, Nice already has an agreement for a five-year contract, but Anderlecht was obstructive in recent weeks. Even an offer of ten million euros could not convince them. Now Nice wants to try again to convince purple-white, so Tavolieri reports.

According to the Liège journalist, an outcome would be expected soon. In France, the transfer market closes on Thursday evening.
